這個我之前有舉過一個例子



你去買車



應該鮮少人會問 "買一台車要多少錢?"



說真的 我問過耶



十年前我跟我老婆要去買車



口袋沒多少錢 只買的起 March (還要貸款)



我真的問過 "March 要多少錢" 這類的話



但起碼我知道 March 以上的車我一定都開不起





正常人應該不會把展示中心的車價都問過一次



然後才知道要買哪台吧?





買車除了價錢(雖然價錢很重要)



要考慮的其他條件也很多



例如CC數 幾人座 是否省油



如果預算許可 也許會考慮內建音響/DVD影音 空力套件什麼的





購物網站的選配也很多



問一個 "購物網站要多少錢" 這問題很大



我會建議先就要的功能來問價錢



會比較具體一點



像上述的客戶



他花了一百萬 他拿到他要的功能



他覺得一點都不貴



為什麼?



因為這網站可以讓他賺回更多的費用



更有效率/更短的作業時間



業績可以上升





很多人把網站當作支出 而不是設備投資



就像內文寫的



很多人開實體店



不要說一兩百 三五百萬都在花



有人覺得貴嗎?



不會啊 因為開實體店就是要這麼多錢啊





簡單的估算



如果你請工程師/設計師 自己當PM



自己開規格



給這些 "內部人員" 做



你覺得要花多久 多少時間?



其實隨便乘一乘就有概念了



請一個 fb 小編要多少錢? (不用個兩三萬嗎?)



做一個網站 不用兩三個月嗎?



有的客戶光校稿就用掉兩個月



你就要付錢給設計師兩個月的薪水



好不容易網站做好了



就以為沒事了



那你可以直接把作網站的工程師/設計師 解雇掉嗎?



這些都還不考慮有些客戶開出來的神奇功能喔

一般這類的功能 比較少人做現成的模組



為什麼?



因為行銷是每天都會變化的東西



五花八門



很難用一個規範去規定一定要這樣做



所以製作廠商很難事先寫好 (因為寫好下一個客人又說他要的不是這樣)



無法重複使用 所以成本就高





更何況啊



很多商家很愛想一些根本邏輯上就矛盾的行銷活動



而且通常搞到花了錢做



客人搞不清楚就算了



自己也搞不清楚



效果也不好



對製作廠商來說



你有錢 你把邏輯弄好



都寫的出來



點小菜是小事 問題是你口袋的錢夠不夠結帳



不然點了一桌才說 "我以為不用這麼多錢"



就好笑了





3. 網站做完要維護嗎?



通常客戶都不會問



會問的也是抱著半信半疑的心態問的



很多客人真的都以為



網站架好



資料上好



就可以開始接單了 好完美



訂單如同雪片般飛來





其實初期跟客戶談案子的時候



我只要知道客戶是這種心態



大概就知道這網站做不起來了



這不就像生了一個小孩



都不用照顧 他就會自己長大自己賺錢一樣





網站不會一輩子都不用修改維護(就算是沒有bug)



因為時代是會進步的



一直都會有新東西出現



更何況有些公司



網站一做就是一年



因為做太久了 新技術又出來



原本的"新功能" 已經變成舊功能



有的客戶就裝傻啊



說他花錢買到舊東西 不能經營



就耍賴不付錢了



FB 每天都在改了



何況是其他網路的技術



而且原本製作的網站公司也沒有義務幫你處理這些意外



又例如 SEO 的規則可能每年都在新增



你怎麼能要製作廠商預知之後會有什麼新架構



在一開始就寫好?









結論



做一個購物網站要多少錢?



對製作廠商來講



就是製作成本而已



要花多少人 在多少時間內 把東西做出來



每間廠商的成本都不一樣



這沒什麼標準價



更何況品質也許都不一樣



這不是很容易就可以看出來的



只能靠口碑





價值一直都是在買的人身上



而不是在做的人身上
