前言



從今天到會場上電梯遇到 連啓佑老師



就被虧是知名部落客



一直被虧到會議結束



早上在 fb 寫說



"忘記買早餐到會場"



"會場怎麼沒有插座可以充電"



也被主持人 ruby 姐虧說



"路老闆會不會一回家就寫文罵這個會辦的不好"



所以只好寫這篇心得文賠罪了

因為最近被連啓佑老師在 fb tag



很多 SEO 業界的朋友瘋狂加我 fb



基於認識新朋友的心態



我在最後一個禮拜報名了 SDX 2016



一開始我對這個這個會的議題並沒有太注意



只想說反正是 SEO 類的大拜拜會議 (非常不敬)



重點是認識朋友這樣



就報名了





會場在張榮發基金會11樓



早上搭藍線到西門站 下車用走的



其實會場離台大醫院比較近



但搭到台北車站再轉車感覺好麻煩



所以直接從西門站走路



天氣很冷 但走的很趕 又沒帶傘 (路老闆不喜歡帶傘)



走到基金會大廳 看到連啓佑老師



本來以為他在接待還是幹嘛的 所以在大廳等



結果見到我就一直虧 (憂~知名部落客捏) = =



然後我也沒看議程 只知道八點半要報到



所以我也沒先買早餐(先吃早餐)



會場也沒得吃 好餓



帶 NB 來 也沒插座



路老闆肚子餓就會心情不好



但看來只能等中午茶點時間了



而且滿場的大師



還是低調點好了





九點準時開始



整天的議題除了 數據分析跟網站分析 滿硬的



其他都還滿輕鬆的



但因為下雨 衣服有點濕 會場冷氣又滿冷的



所以一路充滿睡意= =



不過還是有整場聽完啦 (沒睡著)



就短短的節錄一些我個人覺得的重點這樣





連啓佑老師 講了一個很有趣的觀點



我滿有感覺的



他說



一般老闆都把行銷費用 當成水電瓦斯這種固定支出 能省則省



但行銷費用應該當作是投資



如果你覺得這是投資 投了會賺錢 (當然也有風險)



你就不會覺得這不是不得已才花的費用



就不會想辦法去省這種錢





為什麼說我很有感覺呢?



因為這就是我平常遇到的客戶的想法啊



我會後去找一個客戶



他是知名插畫家



他很年輕 小我整整12歲 (才二十幾歲)



年收入幾百萬



他沒有靠誰 他也是自己打拼出名氣的



他找我追加網站的功能



雖然他都會說 "這個要多少錢 不會很貴齁?"



但是我報價後他從來不會說 "可不可以算我便宜一點?"



因為他覺得我幫他做他想要的功能



是在幫他節省時間/金錢 他覺得很划算



他覺得他是在投資 因為他投資 所以他可以賺更多





不要說廣告預算啦



一般老闆的心態就是



"這些都是多花的"



"我又還沒看到效果"



所以啊 網站做出來四不像



好好的網站上了壓字在上面的圖 瞬間變成拍賣水準





真的是辛苦了這些來上課的朋友



因為如果他們是老闆 希望這些老闆有聽進去



如果這些朋友不是老闆 那他們就要回公司 "教育" 他們的老闆





嚴家成老師講的 我覺得比較有在學校上課的感覺



很綜合性



但行銷的東西我沒有很懂 所以比較沒感覺



不過一樣的



他講了一個重點 我也覺得滿有感覺的





他說啊



很多客戶找他 把 網路行銷 或是 SEO



當成救命仙丹



SEO 並不能讓你的產品起死回生 - 如果這個產品本來就有問題



但很多客人就以為做了 SEO



快要完蛋的產品就可以噴上天



其實很多客戶/老闆都是這種心態啊...



覺得沒辦法了 "好吧 不然來做網站好了" "不然來網路上賣賣看好了"



如果你的產品有問題



應該是修正產品



而不是求助網路行銷



做網站 網路行銷 真的不是萬靈丹







然後 匯智的黃蘭儀小姐



他講的超快 感覺時間壓力很大的樣子



可能是他要講的東西很多吧



聽完我只覺得他 "一定" 很會做再行銷



因為感覺什麼東西給他 他都可以再行銷 XD



不過問題是人家會用很多工具



人家看的懂數據



就可以不斷從數據中提煉出 更有價值的廣告投放依據/條件



不然換做是一般人 根本不知道要怎麼決策 要怎麼投放廣告

這就要提到我這一兩個禮拜看到的一個影片



有個很像呂捷的補教老師上課說



現在老闆 自己不會操作網路行銷



去104要請妹妹



又要會ps 又要會操作廣告 又要當小編



要人家會一堆東西 又只給人家 22k



難怪請不到 請到了難怪做沒幾天就離職/流動率高



因為人家真的學會了 就跳槽跑掉了啊



阿你就是不會 才請人家來幫你做啊



不然你自己做?







然後再來是便當時間



我也不知道為什麼現在寫心得文都要貼便當照



但因為我也沒拍



所以 Ruby 姐 (Ruby Wang) 幫我徵得一張便當照

這便當很經典



因為這跟某 GW 課程的 便當是同一間...



這家便當是不錯吃啦



好像叫做老三的樣子



吃完後昏昏沈沈繼續聽下一場





再來是 匯智的羅湘怡小姐 講轉換成本



這個我就真的沒什麼感覺了 (真的很對不起講者= =)



大致上是說 每種行銷方法的成本都不一樣



最好依照可靠的數據 或是目標



來決定你要執行的行銷工具種類



有一點我記得比較清楚的是



如果你的預算少 你可以先投投看



但因為你的預算少 轉換成本會比較低



但如果你預算高 有的時候會選擇投放不同種類的行銷工具



轉換成本反而會比較高



(我不是很確定我的認知是不是講者的意思 有錯誤的話請用力鞭)





再來是 ASUS的彭勝楹先生 跟安索帕的鍾喬后小姐



因為都是數據分析



我就一起寫了



我聽到一半只有一個感覺



唉



我的網站客戶(們)連他自己客戶下單的訂單都砍光了



還有什麼數據可以分析啊?



不要再砍訂單了好嗎? 那都是寶藏啊...(吶喊)



還有就是 cookie 真的是追蹤使用者行為好幫手



瀏覽者隨時隨地都被監控



如果樣本夠大 會分析 真的是可以挖到很多寶藏



不過呢 老闆哪會 care



鍾小姐一開頭就說 "資料分析師 就是算命師啦"



不知道算命師跟通靈王那個厲害 (煙)





最後一位是悠識蔡明哲老師 講UX



一句話的重點



要做客戶角度的產品優化

不是做 '企業主' 角度的產品優化



很多老闆都覺得自己很厲害



自己最瞭解產品



就講SEO好了



都自己開一些自己認為重要的字



其實我想SEO從業人員 要是不管流量的話



應該都很高興



因為老闆要做的字 根本沒流量 沒競爭力 很好做(上第一頁)



輕鬆達標



老闆自以為很高興



結果沒半張單



再來靠杯為什麼都沒訂單



阿不是很會? 不是都自己挑關鍵字?





然後就是 UX 無所不在



我個人的認知是 UX就是各領域萃煉出來的精華



這是很貴重的經驗



我以前做購物車啊



結帳的時候 都先讓課人選付費方式



再選運送方式



但有個客戶跟我說 他的客戶反映說 這樣他們不會選(不會用)



我覺得很詭異 為什麼不會選?



他跟我說 可不可以寫成跟 yahoo 拍賣一樣?

我說可以啊 但我不知道為什麼



你問買家 他也不知道為什麼



我後來知道了 因為選貨到付款就不用選付費方式了(就跳過付費選擇)



有時候使用者會走他們習慣的路



但他們講不出為什麼 甚至不會跟你講



然後就把網頁關掉 你就掉單





如果你很主觀的作你自己(爽)的



然後又不懂的資料分析



怎麼死的自己都不知道啊









唉 所以說



聽了大師們講了一天



真的為難的是底下的朋友們



因為要回家說服自己的老闆做這些 "本來就應該做" 的事情





結束後瞬間變成粉絲見面會



排隊問問題的問問題



交換名片的交換名片



路老闆也順利的認識一些 "fb朋友" XD



算是圓滿結束啦~





個人有個小建議就是



這種會議應該要想辦法讓老闆來聽



因為畢竟大部分中小企業的決策還是老闆



從業人員聽了很懂很瞭解



員工成長了 就跳槽了



但老闆聽不進去 中小企業還是無法成長



就像嚴家成老師說的



有時候員工勸老闆勸半天



不如外面的專家講的一句話
