星期天很冷



台灣各地都有雪景



晚上出去晃了一下










回來經過南京東路有名的餛飩店



看起來沒客人 好像要收了



問了一下還有營業



叫了兩碗蝦餛飩



正要找座位坐下來的時候



店員指示要我們做在某個指定的位子



因為其他位子他要收拾拖地



好吧



就坐了



他拖他的地



上了兩碗餛飩以後



繼續拖他的地



濃濃的漂白水味



我到底是在吃餛飩還是在喝漂白水啊



後來客人變多了



還是把座位都坐滿了



所以剛拖地是拖火大的嘛?



台灣的服務業有時候真的很奇怪



你生意好很囂張



那就算了



急著收店



就不要接客人了啊





吃餛飩前



傍晚到一間知名拉麵店吃拉麵



因為他開在某飯店的地下街



走到很窄



排隊排到一半



隊伍會被截斷



改到附近另一個地方排隊



我剛入隊伍的時候



剛好是在被截斷的隊伍的後面



有一個停止線放在那邊



好吧 我想我就在停止線那邊等



還怕檔到隔壁店家



所以反過來排





結果前面一對情侶 欲言又止的樣子



感覺好像是在講排隊的事情



後來他們忍不住了



才跟我說



店員剛剛說



如果這邊滿了



要到對面那邊排



結果對面那邊已經有兩個人了



所以其實我排錯了



嚴格說就是我插隊了



好 結果有兩個人也排在我後面



所以我就直接排到 那個被店員叫去對面排隊的人後面



接著排



我後面兩個人也跟著移動過去



結果我們一排過去



原本中間被截斷的隊伍就前進了



大概只剩一半



我前面那兩個妹妹還傻傻的在那邊聊天



要是有不知道的人又接著排



那大概就要吵架了

虧這間還是日本整套搬過來的拉麵店



服務都只做一半





點餐也是



除了拉麵



我還點了豬排 跟 雞塊



雞塊很快就來了



豬排大概等了20分鐘



我麵也吃完了



因為人很多



店員急著 "整理桌面"



就是 "吃完你就快滾蛋" 的意思



我跟店員說



我的豬排還沒上



如果還沒做



就不用上了



店員去後台看了一下



跟我說



"因為你的豬排要半熟蛋 所以要比較久"



"馬上就來了"



這個馬上我又等了10分鐘





其實沒做你就老實講



煮了拉麵都不用10分鐘



你炸個豬排要20分鐘以上



不要說在日本啦



台灣稍微有水準一點的服務業



也會說



"沒關係"



"非常不好意思 這是我們的錯"



"這份豬排不會給您出帳"



這間拉麵店的意思就是 "你都叫了你就要等餐出來"





結帳的時候



結帳小哥還問我味道還ok嘛



你知道的



我如果提到剛剛的事情



免不了又是一陣道歉



然後咧?



下次還不是一樣會發生



根本不會檢討啊





說到檢討這件事情



我又不得不提另一件我每次光顧某店都會遇到的事情



以前我還滿常吃壽喜燒的



跟實驗室同學聚餐也都揪這間連鎖店



品質服務是都還ok啦



用餐完畢後



總是會填問卷



資料都填了



每次填喔



上面都寫生日會怎樣怎樣(都有要填生日)



結果咧?



什麼事情都沒發生啊



有時候服務出問題



我也會稍微寫一下



(例如店員都沒來巡桌 肉叫了都不來 可樂都不來補之類的)



然後咧?



也沒打來求證一下



或是修正一下



反正



台灣人都健忘咩



下次去就忘記了



反正這些店員都是打工的



過沒多久就又換一輪了





台灣人真的很可惜



服務業已經是台灣滿主力的行業



結果都還是跟落後國家沒兩樣



愛不愛來隨便你



做不好就怪地點 怪成本



然後撐不住再來用黑心原料



一副 "我也是沒辦法" 的態度
