能不能幫他們上

我們寫個程式幫客戶匯入



是很簡單沒錯



但是如果你這麼想



你真是太單純了

客戶就可以出現你意想不到的一百種狀況

明明是日期的資料 他會給你一個不是日期的格式



例如 "授權日期"



你不要管授權日期是什麼意思



反正他就是一個日期 我就給他一個日期的欄位

但客戶不這麼想

而且客戶都很皮啦



不管你幫不幫他上資料



不管結案前他怎麼要求你上的資料有多嚴格



反正網站上了以後



一定是丟個半年一年沒維護



就算錯又怎樣



反正也不會去改



反正也不會真的去維護



就是又一個萬年不動的網站



鐵定等半年一年後才跟你說



"ㄟ 你上資料的後台有問題ㄟ"



明明是當初沒想到



然後再把問題推給你







提到上資料又不得不提一下



某大型連鎖嬰兒用品門市找我寫的案子



功能加加加 費用砍砍砍



看在朋友介紹的面子上



還是把它做完了



因為很不爽



所以後來要我幫他補匯入匯出功能



就不爽補了



後來一直打電話來問



我就只有跟他說我案子很多 沒空



我就算真的有空



我也寧願寫我自己的東西啦





後來還想用維護的方式要我補



結果多好笑各位知道嗎?



他開了一堆功能 要我用維護的方式執行



總共也才三萬多 要分一年維護



因為他說 三萬多一次請款 不好請



意思是他三萬多要用一年的時間去攤



我說ok 你方便就好



但他說 我下個月要用這些功能



可以幫我趕一下嗎



大哥 這叫分期付款好嗎? 這不是維護吧?





最近又打電話來說



我之前還欠他什麼功能



他現在想換什麼功能



可以換嗎



大哥 我如果真的欠你什麼功能



怎麼會過了一年才跟我要啊?



合約白紙黑字



上面有什麼 功能就寫什麼



沒寫的東西你付尾款的時候就要講啊



你覺得有可能欠了你什麼功能

萬一客戶有舊資料



要轉到新系統怎麼辦?



以前的人根本亂規劃



也沒有欄位說明



程式也都沒註解



客戶都覺得/都知道寫程式可以轉



但看 code/看資料庫 都要花時間



都要花成本



這我都會老實跟客人講



你要手動自己轉



還是寫程式轉



寫程式有寫程式的成本



而且通常新系統會增加新欄位



舊系統沒有的欄位



用程式塞 只能給預設值



事後再用人工去改



除非客人的規則很明確



比較好的客人就會說他要自己轉



當然我也會覺得客人很可憐



所以最後還是折衷 我能轉多少我就轉多少



其他的盡量想辦法幫他補





要是客人的態度很差



我就會叫他自己想辦法



大不了不接



由這種事情最容易看出客人的態度



這種小事都想省錢 賴到別人身上



你千萬不要以為案子可以順利進行





案子能否順利執行



客戶的態度真的很重要



我是不懂為什麼有人就是沒辦法把事情好好做



什麼事情都覺得花錢的是大爺 你就要幫我處理



(重點是也不是什麼花大錢的大爺 小氣吧拉的)



這種客戶能閃多遠就閃多遠



那怕他說他認識多少人可以幫你介紹多少客戶



雞掰客戶的朋友 依舊是雞掰的客戶



正所謂 物以類聚



千萬小心
