因為我的 iMac 又開始頓一下 頓一下了



我以為是因為我開了驢子



所以被 hack 裝了怪東西之類的



想說重灌一下好了

其實之前有懷疑過硬碟壞了



因為頓一下的情形不是第一次了



但是用 iMac 內建的檢查軟體 沒檢查出什麼問題



想說沒關係 星期天



我東西都在雲端 重灌很快



就很快速的重灌一次





然後想說因為重灌



之前有想把 Google Drive 轉換到 One Drive



順便買一下 Office365



因為買 Office365 送 One Drive 1T 空間



我原本有訂購 Google Drive



每個月是 10USD



一年就是 120USD (約 3600)



Office365 一年才31xx



怎麼算都很划算



所以就趁重灌的時候 用筆電上網買了

(我終於有套有版權的Office了)



然後呢



就是轉移啊



我把 Google Drive 的檔案都 "搬移" (不是複製) 到 One Drive 的目錄



然後就睡覺了 等他上傳





好了



因為我想說 Google Drive 到月底了



要結算了



為了趕快空出 Google Drive 的空間



我就把 Google Drive 刪除的檔案 "從垃圾桶清空"



隔天上班



我還從公司的電腦看到 One Drive 的資料夾一直在同步新東西



下班後回到家



很開心的吃了飯



玩了旅遊大亨



就直接去騎腳踏車了



當覺得一切都很完美的時候





腳踏車騎完回家



打開螢幕 輸入完密碼



畫面就再也不會動了 (一直出現死亡彩球轉轉轉)



重開機以後



抓不到開機硬碟



我心想 完了



我東西還沒上傳完



Google Drive 的東西又砍了



那我的資料不就...





當下真是靠杯到不行



稍微查了幾間硬碟維修的



也沒用



半夜12點 是要找誰救



只能隔天再打去問了



而且 iMac 又不能自己拆 (我還有保固)





隔天早上醒來



先把 iMac 包好



因為維修中心 11 點才上班



所以我就先去上班了



到公司等11點後



打電話請 Apple 維修中心叫快遞來收



然後跟他說請把硬碟留下來 我要救援



他問我說我是要自己去拿硬碟



還是把硬碟連同 iMac 寄回去

(其實無法這樣 底下會解釋)



我說我自己去拿好了



然後下午快遞就去收了





我趁維修中心還在作業的時候



先打電話問硬碟救援的事情



我查到一間叫做 雷德 的硬碟救援服務



評價還不錯



所以就打去問問看



小姐表示



硬碟送來評估後才能準確的估價



如果只是韌體壞掉 大約一萬以下



如果要開盤 (磁碟刮傷之類的) 一萬五至兩萬



我的天啊



兩萬五可以買一箱硬碟了



但為了珍貴的照片還有公司重要的合約和文件



只好救了





兩天後 Apple 維修中心打來



說硬碟拆下來了 我可以去拿了



我立刻冒著大雨 在雨中走了一個小時吧

好不容易拿到硬碟



Apple 維修中心說



硬碟救援完要還回去



因為他們要用這顆硬碟去申請新的硬碟



如果拆開的話就無法證明不是人為損毀



那我就要花錢買一顆新硬碟



所以我只能保佑我的硬碟不是太嚴重的損毀





再走回光華商場六樓的 雷德硬碟救援中心



真的是超級狼狽的



坐下來估價



小姐很專業的解說了以後



先收五百元檢測費



檢測後可以決定修不修



如果救回來的資料不是我要的資料



可以不付錢 (簡單說如果你不拿回資料 就不用付錢)



所以繳了五百元 填寫了一張資料後



就結束了



如果到時候有修理



五百元可以抵救援費用

(跟一兩萬的維修費比起來 五百元根本九牛一毛)



重點還是要看硬碟毀損的程度



另外我有帶一顆外接的 2.5" 硬碟



如果資料要複製出來 可以複製到這顆硬碟



資料單上面也會註明



另外跟保固有關係的就是



救援中心會幫你開因為維修拆開硬碟的證明(如果要拆的話)



讓你還在保固期內的硬碟 還是可以送回原廠換一顆



至於 Apple 吃不吃救援證明 又是另一回事

(還好後來沒走到這步)







又隔天 雷德救援中心打電話來說



可以救援 救援費用8000



小姐說是 "壞軌"



好吧 就救援吧 不然怎麼辦



不過依照我不專業的判斷



壞軌可以不開碟喔?



感覺壞軌應該很嚴重啊



應該不會全救回來



但現在想這些也沒用



就等救援完再說吧



然後過了一個六日(又過了一週 好快)



星期二中午 救援中心又打電話來了



說救援完畢我可以去拿了



於是我晚上去了光華商場拿硬碟



小姐把備份好的硬碟給我



先請我用他們的電腦看資料有沒有救回來



我看了幾個比較重要的資料夾



應該是沒問題



看了使用的總容量



跟我原本 Google Drive 的容量差不多



應該是全部都救回來了 (感覺磁碟沒損毀 只是韌體掛掉一類的)



他們電腦上的軟體有最基本的



像是 Word Excel



所以可以用他們的軟體稍微看一下檔案是否正常



如果是奇怪的檔案格式



可能要自己帶 NB 去驗收



驗收沒問題



就付錢贖回資料 T_T



用玉山跟中信卡可以分期(3或6期)



也可以開發票



結果小姐說電話中說的8000沒有包含檢測費(這...)



所以刷了8000



發票開 8500



算了



資料有救回來就好了



然後再把壞掉的那棵硬碟拿回 Apple 維修中心



讓他們去申請新的硬碟裝回去





資料救回來的那棵硬碟拿回來



先用公司的 iMac 同步到 One Drive



因為公司網路比較慢 而且資料又兩三百G



所以弄了兩天還沒好



這事情到這邊應該就告一段落了



來檢討一下





1. 當你想做雲端硬碟資料轉移的時候



請使用步進的方式轉移



然後可能的話 等資料搬完再刪垃圾桶



如果你的雲端硬碟空間不夠



就得分幾次搬



這樣比較麻煩



但比較保險





2. 資料防護措施最好有兩層



例如我一直都認為我有把資料放到雲端硬碟



就沒事了 就不會有資料遺失的問題



如果我的 iMac 還有掛 Time Machine



損失應該不致於這麼嚴重



至於要不要把資料另外再用離線的硬碟備份



我個人是覺得不需要



因為每次備份後 就會有N個備份版本



搞到後來不知道要怎麼整理



結果還是全部都留下來



能丟網路上的就盡量丟網路上



Mail 用 Gmail



寫網頁就在主機上寫



文件存雲端硬碟



雖然有人說 "如果沒網路 不就不用工作了嘛"



是啊 就算你做再多離線備份



沒網路還是很多事情不能做



真的沒網路 就睡覺吧





3. 軟體盡量挑選具有雲端安裝/儲存功能的軟體



我很推 Mac 的 FTP 軟體 Transmit (卡車)



因為他真的很好用 雖然他要一些錢



但他的 ftp 帳號密碼全部都同步到雲端去



所以如果你有一台以上的電腦



完全不需要去管同步的問題



就算電腦重灌



只要軟體裝好



指定好 dropbox 或是 iCloud 的備份方式



他就會把你的 ftp 帳號全部備份上去



軟體能網路安裝的就網路安裝



像 Office365, 可以從網路上下載



Parallels Desktop 也是



或是像 Apple 的 App Store



直接點一點就好



重灌超快



意外難免會有



但意外總是在很忙的時候來



要能儘快恢復工作狀態才是第一要務

補充一下 Google Drive 的部份



有朋友跟我說要不要去找一下垃圾桶有沒有刪掉的資料



本文裡已經有提及 垃圾桶已經清空



因為清空 容量才會釋放出來



Google Drive 才能降級





我當然也想過 Google Drive 的東西已經刪掉了(從垃圾桶清空) 還有沒有救?



先是去爬 Google 的服務項目



沒有



直接用 Google 查 好像查到了



結果是 Google App 的



你刪掉的東西 就算從垃圾桶清空



管理員還是看的到



但我不是 App



所以沒救



Google 討論區裡面有提及說



如果你的資料已經刪除 請 "儘快" 與我們聯絡



好啊 我也很想聯絡



但是就是找不到地方聯絡



話說回來 Google 真的很爛



這麼大一間公司



也沒聯絡我們的表單



也沒電話



連 email 也沒得寫



我只能在 Google 討論區人家的留言底下留言



看誰能救一下 (當然是沒有下文)



後來去查 Google 台灣的電話



想說打打看 也許有救



結果電話打進去 一開頭就跟你說



Google 台灣只有廣告業務 (Google AdWords)



其他全部都會幫你轉國外



然後 Gmail 請按1, xxx請按2...



我想就算了 轉到國外去 就算劈哩啪啦講了一堆英文



大概還是沒救



搞不好國際電話費比硬碟救援還貴



雖然我相信以Google的技術



他們一定有備援 可以把垃圾桶刪掉的東西救回來
