最近我的學生兼朋友 人稱高帥富 的陳大少要求職



有幾次吃飯閒聊的機會



他一直問我說



"寫網頁有沒有前(錢)景"



"寫App有沒有前(錢)景"



無標題











我回答說



其實各行各業 只要你好好做



應該都不致於會餓死



台灣爛歸爛



但是正常人應該還是佔大多數



你只要東西做的好 服務沒問題



會做一點行銷



東西/服務 應該都有人會買單







其他行業不說



就說做網頁/網站 好了



一堆人都在亂搞



還不是活的好好的



也許沒活的很好啦



要死不活的公司一堆



也因為亂搞 所以撐不下去得接爛案子



這也是自找的





但這也是一個機會



如果你做的比他好



價錢又合理 (甚至更高)



我覺得台灣人還是有追求品質的人



就看你想做高端品質的生意



還是殺價競爭的生意





又跟陳大少聊了幾句



我想我會錯意了



陳大少所指的前(錢)景



是那種像網路泡沫化之前



或是以前電子產業動不動兩三百萬年薪的那種前景



有什麼 "明日"產業 是像這種的?





剛好路老闆之前研究股票的時候



有聽過所謂的 "產業景氣循環"



(拿這六個字去 Google 找 就可以找到一堆解釋)



每個新興產業



一開始的時候一定有所謂的爆發期



但再怎麼爆發 因為人都是這樣



賺錢的行業大家拼命做



經過一陣廝殺後



能活下來的一定是少數



熱潮過了以後就會趨於平緩(正常)





正常人應該都沒那麼厲害



可以預知所謂的 "熱門產業"



講更白的



很多後來的熱門產業



都是炒作出來的



例如生技/太陽能/LED





陳大少把 產業爆發當常態



回歸正常面 當做是產業衰退



我跟他說你這樣想是不對的



更何況



通常你看到業界一片榮景的時候



人家都已經領的差不多 要閃了



你才要加入



這跟做股票 看到人家股價噴出了



你才要去買進上車 一樣蠢不是嘛?





再反過來



如果一個產業 前途不明



老闆整天跟你說 我們這行是明日產業



你現在辛苦點 好好幹



過兩年就要大賺了



這種公司 你敢去嘛?



電子業或是其他 "前景光明" 的產業



一開始都是這樣啊



我就不信那些一開始進去的人



每個都知道公司要噴了



所以拼命做





再舉個實際一點的例子

他也曾經噴過啊



還不少人從七八百跟到一千多咧



有更多 "員工" 繳稅的時候是繳面額一千的



結果拿到的時候剩不到一半







現在的價錢



你看到這樣



你敢去嘛?



"也許危機就是轉機啊"



對啊



如果你有決心去 "拯救" 一整間宏達電



搞不好下次再噴 就有你的份





就像有的人現在才要去當KMT志工



新聞採訪他 問他為什麼KMT情勢這麼差



還要去當志工



他說 "我想看KMT是怎麼倒的"





更何況



公司賺不賺錢



跟老闆肯不肯掏錢出來分你



根本兩回事



你只是職員

算是他今天心情好



不分你只是剛好



那公司賠錢的時候



你怎麼不拿點錢進去丟(補洞)?





你不要說老闆不分你很小氣



換個方向



如果公司減你薪要倒了



千萬不要跟公司'共體時艱'



公司要倒了 那是老闆的事情



你覺得你被苛刻了



就換工作





所以與其找所謂的熱門產業



不如找份會讓自己做了會開心的工作



或是找個正常一點的公司



(雖然台灣公司真的很少有正常的)



不要再找什麼熱門產業了啦



那都是騙人的



你那麼厲害知道什麼是熱門產業



那上班幹嘛



去炒股票就好了啊



不是嘛?
