之前因緣際會認識硬大

然後在 fb 看到硬大在推這個活動



第一個念頭到不是想來學習什麼部落格經營

(自以為經營的很好)

想說自己也很少參加過類似的社交活動

就參加看看好了





5/17 星期六的一大早

跟老婆大人一起前往台大

參加 TBC 2014 的活動













一到會場 服務人員就發了一帶資料


跟有自己 "藝名" 的狗牌


(很失格連狗牌照片都是剛剛才補的)





資料帶中跟議程相關的資料其實很少


大部分是廣告


不過沒辦法


商業活動就是這樣


報名費也不貴


只能靠廠商贊助才能讓部落客的負擔降低





其實部落客的圈子真的很小


雖然我只是小到不行的小咖


但是講師就私底下認識兩個


輔大猴大大是學弟因緣際會介紹認識的


小黑大大則是平常在公司就會遇到


然後連中午吃飯都會偶然遇到高中同學


(高中同學做過部落客經紀人)





不過我只是小小咖


所以也沒特地去打什麼招呼





議程算非常滿檔


首先是知名部落客 小魚媽


說真的我不認識他


因為我也不是這個路線的讀者


不過她的講義內容非常的簡單明瞭


就是 "知道自己在做什麼?"





回想起平常同事朋友都會說


我怎麼這麼認真 去玩回來都會一直寫文章分享


雖然拖稿很久 還是會持續po文





其實我的初衷很簡單


我就是想要經營部落格


想學部落格怎麼經營


因為對我來說


"經營一件事業 是很有趣的事情"





小魚媽 非常強調這點


她認為寫部落格的初衷很重要


也是一直持續下去的動力





我們身邊一定有朋友 也寫過部落格


但是通常寫個兩三篇就停了


失去動力


不要說新手


甚至寫了一陣子的老手也會遇到這樣的事情


但是想想自己一開始為什麼要寫文章


其實出發點一直都在


只是自己把它忘記了





當部落客真的很累


每次到一個景點 吃一餐


用一個新產品


就是拼命拍照


只是為了把經驗分享給其他人





自己去日本玩的時候


有時候都會覺得


我幹嘛這麼累


難道不能好好玩一下嘛?


沒辦法


因為經營部落格很有趣





小魚媽也提到 寫部落格文章


什麼該講


什麼也許"不太需要"寫





畢竟部落客圈子小


人和很重要


跟人無法和平相處的話


我想不只是部落客圈子


平常上班交朋友 也很容易會有問題吧





最後小魚媽還提到一點


部落客要有名片 = =


雖然以前從來沒想過要印名片


但當下我真的不得不贊同


因為休息時間我想去認識別人


想到手上一張名片也沒有


就算是人家很給面子的跟你哈啦個幾句


回家大概就把你忘了





而且我的部落格也沒有一個很明確的主軸





"ㄟ...我就是寫日本旅遊的文章啦" (寫日本旅遊的人多的是)


"ㄟ...我都去那種比較少遊客的地方啦" (我只知道東京大阪)

這是我預想的對話情境


雖然也許不是這麼殘酷


但是有張名片 有句 slogan 的話


對了解自己應該是有很大的幫助





所以我回來也想了一句 slogan


也找人印了名片

第二位講者是 藥師吉米


老實說我也不認識





但是他的重點真的跟我想的一模一樣


(應該是我跟他一模一樣 = =)


藥師吉米大大 陳列了他所建議的部落客18招


他認為如果要把部落格當飯吃


有18種經營方法/收入來源


這對部落客來說真的很重要





我自己認為部落客有三種


1. 為了名氣


2. 為了賺錢


3. 寫爽的





我一開始也是寫爽的


(寫的好像已經很出名一樣= =)


但是寫到後來就會覺得


我有想要把它當事業經營嘛?


應該怎麼經營?


我的主軸是什麼?


我可以拿什麼項目來增加收入?





藥師吉米提到非常多現實面的問題


解決方案 跟 應該要有的心態


非常的受用





還有一點我覺得 藥師吉米 很有趣的地方是


他很 "跨界"


他雖然曾經是藥師


但是他也寫 美食


他也寫 3C


他也寫旅行


他也寫攝影


雖然他一開始的主軸是 "正確用藥的推廣"





我覺得一般人一開始都是這樣


寫寫吃了什麼啊


六日去哪玩啊


生活的一些瑣事


像我還會寫一些網頁程式的心得


甚至是主機使用的心得





如果部落格要走的長遠


文章還是要有一個主軸


主題沒收斂的話


讀者也會很散無法聚焦


吸引來的讀者也會覺得你的部落格可有可無





吉米大大也分享了一個觀點


如果你想寫一個主軸


盡量挑人少的寫


例如他就覺得日本太多人寫


所以他寫澳門





這就讓我想到


雖然我也是寫日本


但是我的主軸是 "不想看到亞洲客的日本旅遊"


也算是跟一般日本旅遊做個區隔吧~

第三位講師是輔大猴


他跟其他講者比較不一樣


輔大猴講的是出道過程的心路歷程





因為我私底下有跟猴大聊過


我自己也是一直在創業/上班中掙扎很久


所以我很瞭解他在講什麼





其實部落客跟我這種接案子的網頁程式設計師很像


都在街案子


只是一個是媒體工人/一個是coding工人





接別人的案子


拿別人的費用


看別人的臉色





不尊重專業/秉持著花錢的是大爺的態度的廠商/老闆多的是


但是這就是各行各業的生態


做網頁也是/部落客接活動推薦產品也是





接案子


遇到好客戶真是上天堂


受到尊重/合作愉快/再來個快速結案


=> 接案真愉快





遇到爛客戶


不被尊重/每天熬夜/欠款不給


而且還動不動就要告你


=> 接案子真幹





每天就是在這種循環中度過


時間久了就忘記自己的初衷是什麼


皮帶一緊 還是去上班好了


就忘記一開始的理想了





不過猴大還是很帶種的創業開公司去了


做自己想做的事情


我真的很敬佩他創業的意志 T_T

之前上班的時候偶而也會吃這間便當





還沒時間睡午覺


下一場課程又開始了





接下來的講師是小黑


教授一些 SEO 技巧


其實這對一些業餘部落客


或是不是技術背景的部落客來說


真的是一件很困難的事情





有一堆名詞要懂/要學


要在文章加相對重要的 tag


還要裝 Google Analytics


看報表/看數據





而且可能還得改 html code


為了都只是讓自己的文章


在搜尋引擎上卡的到"排名"


因為排名就是流量


對部落客/廠商來說 流量就是錢


所以有餘力的話還是改善一下比較好





還有就是文章下標題的方式也很重要


因為搜尋引擎只收錄30個字


所以標題不僅要殺人 還要簡短


而且還要配合一般人對搜尋引擎的提問方式


如果部落客寫文章還是想寫什麼就寫什麼


可能會在搜尋排名上吃大虧





小黑大大建議用 一個名詞 + 2~4個形容詞來建構標題


例如


"部落客推薦! CP值超高 關島酒店 - 日航酒店"


這樣容易 match 到搜尋者的字句


也容易被搜尋引擎收錄





像我有篇文章寫 Suica


不知不覺就變成 google 的第一頁


贏過不少知名日本旅遊部落格


一開始我也不知道為什麼


換日幣的文章也是


但是後來想想


貼近使用者提問方式跟需求


下好標題


跟做好相關的 tag


排名自然就會高





不過很遺憾的小黑大大沒講完就被趕下場了XDDD


要教的要學的實在是太多了~

下午的第二位


是 品唄創辦人 吳思頤小姐


品唄主要是部落客跟廠商的媒合平台


幫廠商找擅長行銷的部落客


幫部落客找優質的廠商





我比較好奇的是


像我這樣的旅遊部落客


而且還是日本的


是否也可以透過他們的業務方向


創造出合作方案?





嗯...


也許應該寫個信問問看

下午的第三位


是劉立恩劉大律師





劉律師原本要講一些


有關著作權跟盜圖盜文的東西


但是時間沒控制好所以沒啥提到= =


不過他還是提出了對一般人還滿震撼的想法





就是


法律與正義 偶然重疊 多半無關


法律不獎勵好人 也不懲罰壞人 只對付鐵齒的人





一般人都認為法律人會捍衛正義


但是從律師的角度看並不是這樣


其實這對一般人來說(就我而言)


是一個滿失望的觀點


事實就是這樣





其他比較重要的就是代言要小心


除了有些產品在網路上代言是不被允許的


像是煙酒啊 醫美的療效啊


還要小心 "事實陳述" 跟 "意見表達" 是不一樣的


事實是可以被證明對錯的


但是意見表達純粹是個人感覺 沒有所謂的對錯





反正講完我只有一個感想


法律只保障懂法律的人


如果你都不懂 就是等著被玩

下午的最後一位 是由 iFit 創辦人陳韻如 主講


雖然他創立的公司是瘦身社群 (完全不是客群)


但是我覺得他是超級! 超級! 超級!


用心在經營粉絲團的業者





粉絲團就跟部落格一樣


很多人企業都有


但是經營方式大多就是請個辦公室的職員


轉貼一些亂七八糟的文章





然後客人問題/客訴隨便處理


甚至還刪對自己不利的文章





最後的結果就是一堆殭屍按贊部隊


轉換率低到不行


這樣又何必經營粉絲團呢?





iFit 非常認真的對待每一位粉絲


很慎重的回覆問題


並且會深入的去想


為什麼客人會問這樣的問題


還是 其實客人想問的是別的問題?





陳小姐費心的做了很多粉絲與網站


還有廠商 三者間關係的投影片


如果今天是其他人來講


老實說我會覺得投影片上的那些關係圖


很像學術研究的圖片


硬掰出來的





但是由陳小姐說明實際執行的案例


真的是另我非常佩服


因為應該沒什麼公司是


真的這樣用心在經營粉絲團的





不然坊間


瘦身減肥的網站/粉絲團應該一堆


那為什麼成功的不是那些殭屍粉絲團


而是 iFit?


我想原因很簡單





而這對我一樣經營如紅海般的日本旅遊部落格


也許是一盞明燈

部落客用60秒介紹自己的東西 (不一定是部落格)


這又讓我想起了


我的部落格沒有主軸的這件事情...


不過上台的部落客真的都抄有梗的


馬上就讓人記住他是誰 他是做什麼的










尤其是那個伏魔師XDDD


什麼都不重要


反正只要記住"我是伏魔師"就對了





整個議程下來還滿順暢的


真的很感謝主辦單位辦了這個活動


他們真的很辛苦
