一般人都是從員工幹起

只有極少數人是一開始就當主管管別人的

所以說主管通常都知道員工在想什麼

是滿合理的推論



但是你一定會覺得

有嘛?



主管有很知道員工在想什麼嘛

主管腦袋不是都裝屎?














是的

這就是今天討論的主題



員工每天上班

都有分內應該做的事情

主管上面還有主管

所以對上面的人來說 也是員工

只是他分內該做的事情就是

管好底下的員工



沒什麼生產力沒關係

只要讓底下的人維持生產力就好

因為管理階層的工作就是這樣

適時的給一些"檢討" 跟不知所謂的建議

還有陪老闆開會

決定哪個屬下要當犧牲者填蘿蔔坑

就是他的工作







員工為了適應工作環境

常常都會有一些"進化"的能力

例如摸魚



如果摸魚 又能在時間內完成該做的事情

這表示員工的 "自我管理能力" 很好

但是老闆可不這麼想



既然你可以在時間內做完

還可以做 "自己的事情"

表示給這個員工的工作時間太充裕了

這位"表現良好"的員工應該可以在

更短的時間內完成工作

換句話說 就是在一樣的時間內

完成更多工作

所以這個員工即將得到更多的工作

(卻不是更多的酬勞)









但是因為老闆很忙

老闆不時的要想很多創新點子

又得不斷找人分享他的創新點子

所以這項工作就交辦主管去做



當然員工也不是省油的燈

繼續進化

工作做完不回報

繼續摸魚

等主管問了再回報



主管則是用自己的 "員工經驗"

來管理自己的部屬

不過因為當了主管

有更多任務被賦予









例如聽老闆的創新點子

跟老闆開開不完的會

主管為了保住自己的位子

也會開始進化

想一些怪點子來管理員工

因為時間緊迫

加上主管的管理策略

可能公司自己都不認同或是支援

所以點子可能都不怎麼好



所以為了管理而管理 為了檢討而檢討

是常有的事情

考績評估

其實就是找員工麻煩

什麼事情都可以被檢討







我敢保證不管你表現的再好

都會有東西可以被檢討

(除非你表現的可以爬到他頭上 升官比他快)



舉個簡單的例子

一樣是把事情做完的兩個員工

一個可以被說太早下班 是不是事情都沒做

一個可以被說太晚下班 是不是效率有問題



主管腦袋裝屎嘛??

請容許我幫主管講一句公道話



沒辦法 因為主管只能從 "檢討"

這件事情來表現自己的工作績效

主管沒檢討員工 就等於主管沒做事

主管沒做事 就換他被檢討

等著被 fire 走人

不然主管又沒有產值 沒有產能

是要怎麼評估 "績效"?



主管的考績評估上就是要寫

"我這季修正了N個人的錯誤"

"預計下一季可以獲得更好的表現"

當然也是有厲害的主管啦

可以把部屬管的服服貼貼

讓部屬替他們賣命

把部屬賣掉

部屬還要感謝主管對他這麼照顧









不過這也沒什麼了不起

表現良好的主管 基本上跟 表現良好的員工 一樣

基層員工可以表現兩好

主管當然也可以表現良好



也許管理階層是出於無奈

主管也要混日子

俗話說



換了位置 就換了腦袋



"有一天要是我當了主管 我絕對不會這樣做"



這真的很難講

你怎麼知道你的主管以前當員工的時候不也是這樣想的?

當然要換腦袋

如果當主管還在用員工的想法管理部屬


就等著被員工爬到頭上去
