六年級的同學小時候應該有玩過一種很蠢的蒐集遊戲

一次買一包五元的包

裡面有幾張紙

把那些紙貼到簿子裡



紙上的圖案可能是聖鬥士 或是什麼時下熱門的卡通劇情

然後紙有號碼

照號碼貼到簿子裡



另外還有一張大張的蒐集頁

通常有九張圖

有一張怎麼買都蒐集不到





現在想想 小時候真是蠢

這不就是廠商故意不出

讓蠢小朋友去蒐集的把戲嘛?



講好聽一點就是高級的統計/機率遊戲

把中獎率控制在手上



可是你真的有看過你的同學或是朋友搜集到那張

然後去換獎的嘛



老實說我沒看過

不過我有買到一次 (就這一次而已)

我拿去雜貨店換 老闆以裝死回應

後來是舅舅出面 老闆才跟廠商聯絡 換獎品給我

(我也不懂他為什麼不換)

(獎品又不是花他的錢)



最近全家推出了蒐集咖啡點數換 LINE 娃娃的活動

LINE 真的很熱門 (這是另一回事)

而且說真的全家的咖啡超難喝

(超商的咖啡大概都是這麼難喝吧)

糖包奶精加一加 味道淡的跟水一樣

但是早上還是人手一杯



九月底活動開始 我就很期待

趕快去全家喝難喝咖啡 大概一次都買兩杯

點數可以換 杯子/筆 或是娃娃

娃娃是 10/3 才開始兌換

所以我在 10/3 前總共喝了八杯難喝的咖啡

搜集到 8 張貼紙(8點)



當天中午到南港軟體園區三期的全家兌換

店員跟我說 "不好意思 換完了"



哇 這麼熱門 應該是真的 因為 LINE 還滿多人喜歡的

店員: "......" (沒說話)



我說: "是不是有像 7-11 一樣 可以填什麼單子"

"有貨的時候通知我來領"



店員: "沒有喔 不好意思"



好吧, 可能真的很熱門



下班後 我家附近也有一家全家

我也去問

店長也說換完了 "會幫我注意"



這時我會覺得

全家可能比起 7-11 沒經驗吧

7-11 很常辦這種點數兌換 所以 SOP 可能很順了

(不順也搞到順了)

(之前換 Kitty 幹嘛的應該比這還誇張)

(憤怒鳥還換到客人打店員巴掌)



不過堂堂一家不算小的連鎖便利店

這種事情都搞不好

難怪永遠都是老二?



昨天 (10/4) 晚上

我到園區的另一家全家詢問

也說換完了



店員表示 一天只進三隻 所以一下就換完了

"是喔 那都什麼時候進呢"

店員: "早上"

"那你們早上幾點開?"

(園區的超商不是24hr的 晚上有休息 因為晚上園區沒人)

店員: "七點"



好吧 這意思是要我早上七點來上班的意思嘛?





今天早上 (10/5) 不信邪

又在附近的便利商店問了一次 (中央路三段附近)



"請問你們可以換 LINE 娃娃嘛"

店長: "不好意思換完了"



"那你們都幾點進貨?"

店長: "半夜"



"那半夜幾點進貨?"

店長: "不知道喔 我沒站大夜"



這是什麼回答啊? 油條到不行

一點都沒打算幫客人解決問題的意思

好像換得到你運氣好

換不到是應該的



剛跟同事討論

同事表示有其他同事有換到

可能是我跟店長不夠熟吧

沒有被"預留"

那我認了



我不想說便利商店騙我之類的評論

他也沒說 "一定換的到", 是吧



而且請仔細去看活動說明

一定會有一行寫 "兌換數量有限 換完為止"

一類的狗屁話



你看看如果 7-11 跟來換 Hello Kitty 的人說

"不好意思換完沒有囉"

會不會被砸店



我只覺得這樣的企業真的一點誠意都沒有

收一收算了
