在 fb 除了看到烤肉文以外



也看到了一篇設計師朋友的文章















這朋友在我看來是真的滿長進的

在我不知道他有網頁以外的業務的時候

我就已經覺得他很努力在接案子了



本來想寫這兩位



王如玄哽咽：到底薪資要多低 台灣產業才能生存？

嚴長壽：若初期無薪 也要爭取工作



但是想想

太偏激了 又很鄭智化政治化

就算了

我只想講我的經驗



雖然我接案子也很久了

從大學到現在 超過10年了

但是我真的做起來是這幾年的事情而已



一開始接案子的時候

我也是常常跟供應商翻桌

覺得這個不合理 那個被凹

案子常常做不到一半就受不了了



過一陣子以後

我覺得我好像一直都沒累積什麼

錢也沒賺到

明明就比別人會



但是不厲害/亂搞的人 滿手案子

我卻一個案子都沒有

我想這一定是哪出了問題



這時候正常人會有兩種想法

一種是跟我一樣去想方法釐清

另一種是離開這個產業



我想後者比較多

所以做網站的人 來來往往

也就不覺得奇怪了



很多人都是聽說很好賺

美術設計師聽到的是 "網頁就是切切圖嘛 超好賺的"

所以做平面的 就進來做了



至於寫程式的聽到的是 "就是留言板而已啊"

所以去重慶南路買本 "php + mysql" 就進來做了



後來我終於開始"低頭" 滿足供應商的需求

你要做什麼 我都做

也沒有麻煩這種事情 反正我就報價



過了一陣子

我遇到了另一個常見的問題

砍價



供應商/設計師 給的案子

被客戶砍價

然後供應商/設計師 再來砍我的價錢



劈頭就問 "最便宜可以多少"

好像我之前都故意報貴這樣...

很不爽 但是也沒辦法 因為合作夥伴還累積的不夠多



這時候又有一批人受不了 離開這個產業了

但是我覺得 我寫的東西應該比別人好

沒必要這樣砍價錢吧

難道那些亂寫的人都不會怎樣嘛?



後來我認識了幾個品質不錯的設計師(像是小丸)

CSS 寫的好, 又會自己不斷的進修

不像傳統的網頁設計師

一招切 table 就吃一輩子

他們給我的案子 價錢都很好

他們自己當然也拿了不錯的費用



這時候我開始覺得有希望

這個市場還是有機會的

報價便宜的人 接沒預算的客人丟出來的案子

品質好的 有口碑的 行銷能力強的

接有預算 想好好做的客人 丟出來的案子

其實各取所需



搞不清楚狀況的人

例如三萬塊想要做Y!拍賣

五萬塊想做 591 租屋網 (不要笑 真的有)

或是亂報低價搶案子的SOHO/工作室

這種就當做市場教育

就讓他們去試



於是我開始導入 CodeIgniter framework (感謝大餅)

提高 code 的品質

套後台樣板 並且把後台一致化

讓後台不難看 成本又低

也自己經營虛擬主機 幫網頁設計師也爭取一些利潤空間



平常也做視覺設計師免費技術支援

讓視覺設計師有技術後盾 可以接到更多更好的案子





雖然我沒認識什麼網頁程式設計的同業

但是我從視覺設計師那邊知道

他們認識的程式設計師 沒有人提供這類服務的

我想也是 因為大部分的人應該都覺得很難賺

然後就離開了





一開始我認識的視覺設計師並不多

視覺設計師也不會幫你介紹其他視覺設計師

就跟寫程式的SOHO 很少會認識一樣寫程式的 SOHO

他們彼此都是競爭者



後來我想到一個方法

去104case 主動找設計師合作



那個時候 104 比較笨 不論任何人都是可以看到設計師清單的



一個一個寫信問 有沒有興趣合作

就認識了一批新的設計師



後來104變聰明了 把這個功能關掉了

我就去 518 po文, "我要找可以長期發案給程式設計師的視覺設計師"

其實這是"要案文" 不是發案文

有興趣的人會寫信來問 因為多認識合作對象並不是什麼壞事

但是也有我覺得很蠢的人

(我相信這種人不會在這個行業待太久)

他以為我要發案 開頭就問我是有案子要外包嘛

我說沒有 我是要找可以長期給我案子的人

"喔" 然後就不會再說第二句話了



我現在的聯絡清單大概還有十幾個

"從來沒有合作過" 的設計師的清單

但是我也不會主動去刪除

除非真的很爛

我有遇過那種不顧品質 覺得便宜就好的

這種同上 讓他去找會出包的夥伴 他就知道差在哪裡了



誰什麼時候會有案子

這種事情很難說

保持聯絡 互相更新訊息 是很重要的事情

不然找機會出來純聊心得 我覺得也是一件好事

不要太現實 這圈子很小



我覺得我現在跟一開始改變了很多

就像我羨慕的那些設計師

我不需要去跑案子 別人就會介紹給我

而且有問題的案子一看就知道

一律推掉

因為還有很多正常的案子等著我

我不需要去遷就那些奇奇怪怪的案子

這跟景氣好不好一點關係都沒有



(這時候要開始呼應本文)

就如同最上面設計師朋友寫的

我相信這是教育把年輕人教爛了

有問題要自己想辦法解決

就是因為大部分人都等著別人解決

才有搞頭

那些人不想辦法 只會每天唉沒工作

只要有一個人想辦法解決這些細節

他就有做不完的工作(當然不是免費的工作)



職缺問題是個很嚴重的社會問題

我也相信很多中年失業的人真的找不到工作

因為他們的人生已經定型了

你很難再叫他們去學什麼新東西

他們可能有立即性的東西需要解決 (例如養家活口)



但是年輕人不是

只要不是真的家庭環境不好的年輕人

都應該要自己想辦法

(起碼可以在電視上/網路上唉的那些人不是需要養家活口的人)

(如果是的話 他現在應該在打工 而不是在看Facebook)



事情扯到政治

可信度大概就接近零

不過我還是要提一下

我有個非常藍的設計師朋友

我可以看得出來他的po文有在抱怨案子變少

但是他有沒有活下去 還是有 而且還活的很好

他當然不會去抱怨他投的候選人 (也許私底下幹的要命XD)

但是投票歸投票 日子還是要過

你投了一個爛人 他並不會幫你解決問題

懶覺 欄轎伸冤也沒用

省點力氣去多跑幾個客人

多找案子應該比較實在



蔣先生最近也講話了

他説景氣越差 他生意就越好

雖然很多人覺得他很機掰 他只是名氣大 靠他阿公

但是我覺得他講的話還滿實在的 (雖然話題行銷的成份居多)

真的會賺錢的行業真的跟景氣沒什麼關係

你看電視一天到晚說景氣不好

週年慶還不是一堆人進去狂掃



有名的拉麵店 每次去還是都排隊

而且還漲價了 你不吃 別人搶著吃



蔣先生之前有句話也很實在

他説他30歲以下的人不用 因為太爛了

我不知道別人怎麼樣

但是滿巧的是我上面寫的那些改變

真的是接近30歲的時候發生的

我相信人過一定的年紀 會開始想一些比較成熟的事情

像是成家立業 養家活口一類的

所以人生會比較主動積極一點



當然也有例外的啦

結婚之後還是很歡樂

只能說人家祖上積德 也不要去嫉妒人家什麼



我也遇到了一些爛年輕人代表(特別是最近)

一點點壓力就受不了

然後嘴巴說要離職又不敢

我一上msn就問我東西做了沒

然後自己跑出去玩了一天



不然就是要講才會改

講了N遍要改的東西

不要懷疑 下次給你新的稿件 裡面還是會有一樣的問題

版面改了只套首頁 其他頁面叫你參考首頁

(連我都知道DW有樣板可以用 你是不會用嘛)



做事虎頭蛇尾

一開始用 css 做 寫的爛沒話講 剛開始學嘛

後來壓力大了 就開始 table 拉一拉隨便亂做



還有一種就是自作聰明

以為自己很厲害 很會 很懂

看的少 還以為自己的 solution 很讚

跟他講 他還會回你 "為什麼不行 這樣就好了啊"



嚴長壽搞不好講的就是我上面po的那些

(尤其是我開始嘗試也跟人家壓低報價)

也許這是一種實驗 實驗你是不是真的無可取代

還是你只是上104再找就有的免洗職員/工讀生



只是他滿受媒體"歡迎"的

大家都喜歡看重口味的

總是要有人當做發洩的目標

而且他也滿樂此不疲的
