因為之前的 Canon MX416 沒有雙面列印

所以一直很想添購一台有雙面列印的印表機

這樣就可以瘋狂的列印電子書了
















已經 survey 了很久

雙面列印的機種 Canon 要 5xx 的機器才有

之前的 416 其實已經很好用了 但是就是缺個雙面列印



再上去的 8xx 也很威

六色分離的(樣子) 但是要八千多頗貴



上網找了一下

大部分的改機店家 都只有改 HP, Epson 系列

Canon 也只改 416 等機種

但是其實 416 已經算是舊的機種了

現在已經有 417 等新機種



可能是因為還需要研發吧

所以只有少數店家有供應



有天我去台北車站的時候

還有去 NOVA 逛了一下改不斷墨的店家

也都是 Brother 跟 Epson 的機種

大概是比較好改 或是利潤比較高吧



這邊真的要推一下這家店家 省錢王

我一開始 不管找 PChome, 奇摩購物

原機的價錢都是 五千多



但是省錢王硬是賣 4499

我還以為是騙子

結果過了幾天以後 兩家大型購物平台就下殺 3999 了

我想應該是這間店家拿的量很大

所以可以賣很便宜



不過想歸想 有點擔心

還是透過奇摩拍賣給他下單了

他有提供輕鬆付 也有刷卡

就給他刷下去了



星期天半夜十二點下單

隔天星期一早上就迫不及待打電話去問

電話接起來 是語音...

天啊 有沒有這麼專業

不過基於電話語音的反射動作 當然是直接按 9 轉接客服人員



客服人員問了下單ID 跟機型以後

說查訂單以後會跟我電話確認

不過後來也沒打電話來 我就收到奇摩拍賣的出貨通知信了

店家也留言說 大概隔天就會收到



隔天果然就收到了

但是因為太晚回家

所以搞到兩點才拍完照片

首先是開箱

果然是專業的店家

因為店家已經把墨水裝好了

所以一定不能倒放 (墨水會流出來)



機器旁邊會多一個放墨水的盒子

所以把箱子旁邊稍微撐開





箱子其實已經有割開的痕跡了

不過還是用膠布包的很穩固














順著原本割開的痕跡 把膠布割開

可以看到印表機本體

跟店家印好的說明事項

這樣再看不到 真的可以去撞牆了...

老實說 這種墨水匣的成本一看就是很便宜的...

拍賣上有看到那種很精美的

不過看在改機價才比原價多 499 (還含運費)

就算了吧

因為原廠的墨水匣容量很少

印沒多久以後 機器就會叫你換新墨水匣

但是我們的墨水多的不得了 根本不需要換

所以有些可以讓印表機忽視墨水容量偵測的動作

照做就對了









墨水部分也有不少注意事項

讓我們一個一個看~







插好電 開機以後 還不能馬上印喔

首先要把墨水管子上的夾子拿掉

店家用夾子把管子夾住

避免運送過程墨水流出









再來是要把墨水上面的動打開


大氣壓力才會把墨水推到管子裡












但是這個氣管太大了 灰塵會跑進去


店家有給一個小塞子


再把大孔塞住即可















印表機內部

可以看到店家已經把管子拉好

並且用膠布固定在機身

雖然不是很美觀

但是還算可以接受



還有搬移機器的時候千萬不要把手伸到機器裡面

裡面有潤滑油...









這台機器讓我覺得比較高級的地方

就是他是彩色液晶面板

比 MX416 黑白的面板要高級太多了



而且他還有直接讀卡 列印照片的功能

也可以直接把整顆隨身碟插進去

真是太威了

(這好像應該在文章一開頭就講)









一般威的部份是


他跟 MX416 一樣


是一台無線網路印表機


不要再插什麼 USB 了


線一堆 麻煩死了








面板點一點

把無線網路設定好











他會自己抓wifi
















 抓好以後當然就是輸入密碼










輸入成功

就大功告成了



在 Mac 裝驅動程式很簡單

MX517 有支援 AirPort 協定

只要搜尋印表機就可以抓到

驅動程式會自己上網抓

(多棒啊 不要再用什麼 Windows 了)



至於 Windows 就麻煩了

要安裝光碟

大概裝個十幾二十分鐘吧

(洗澡都洗好了還沒裝完)



最令人詬病的是

Canon 的官方網站下載真的做的超爛

本來不想用光碟裝的 (現在誰還用光碟機)

結果用上面頁面的分類去找

根本找不到 MX517 的 裝驅動程式

只好用光碟裝了...



結論

用起來感覺還不錯~

印起來又便宜

MX517 + 連續供墨 是不錯的選擇喔
