Apple TV 就是一個機上盒

可以把你的所有 Apple 裝置 (Mac, iPhone, iPad) 透過 AirPlay 的機制

把畫面跟聲音投到電視上



另外你在 Apple Store 買的音樂 影片

也可以透過 Apple TV 播放



你就把它想做是一台壹電視(壹網樂) 就對了

只是他比 壹網樂 多出可以接收 Apple 裝置的畫面



官方網站售價是 3690 NTD

有人覺得貴



但是個人覺得非常便宜

一來是 他可以讓任何 Apple 裝置都投到電視上



Mac 轉接到 HDMI 的轉接頭, 原廠的一條要接近一千

iPad/iPhone 轉 HDMI 的轉接頭, 原廠的一條也要一千多

如果你有很多裝置 你就要買很多條

而且透過 AirPlay 還是無線的



你可以把 iPad/iPhone 拿在手上選取想播放的影片 (像是PPS)

而不是站在電視前面操作 iPad/iPhone



而且而且 裡面有付一根遙控器

這根遙控器平常可以當簡報器用 市價也要一千多

所以換算起來 Apple TV 本體並不算貴

裡面有一根遙控器

這跟平常簡報那根遙控器是一樣的







遙控器的底部

是一條電源線

可惜科技還沒有進步到連電源都可以無線...



唯一的缺點是 包裝並沒有附贈 HDMI 線

如果你沒 HDMI 線 記得在買 Apple TV 的時候上網買一條







拿 Magic Mouse 當比例尺比較一下大小

Apple TV 本體真的很小







本體側面還貼了一條保護貼紙

這個不撕掉不行

因為機器後面的連接阜會被檔到







撕開以後就是閃亮亮的機身







後方連接線部分

可以接 HDMI, mini USB

然後跟光纖的音效

如果沒有無線網路 也有有線的網路可以接



接下來接上電視螢幕 (我是接上 HDMI 的電腦顯示器)









打開電源 (其實沒有電源可以開 插上電源, 按遙控器任何一個按鈕 就開機了)

一開機就是設定語系

一看到這畫面 想說怎麼沒有繁體中文= =

先到設定裡面開啟最重要的 AirPlay 功能

預設是打開的

你要先設定密碼 (不然隔壁鄰居可能會把奇怪的影片播放到你的電視)

左邊那個三角形在四方形裡面的圖案

就是 AirPlay 的圖案







接下來打開你的 iPhone/iPad

隨便放一個影片



影片右邊也會有一個 AirPlay 的圖案

點下去







會出現 Apple TV 的選項

點下去 畫面就會從電視跑出來啦~



其他播放音樂的部份 也可以從 Apple TV 播放

就是很完美的 Home Media Center

播放音樂的時候 因為沒有影像

還可以設定播放 flick 的圖片當做螢幕保護程式

還滿不賴的



PPS 的話稍微有點不一樣

要到設定裡面去把 AirPlay 的功能打開

不然你在播放面板是找不到 AirPlay 的按鈕的







接下來介紹電影的部份~























(我這樣翻拍不會告我侵權吧...)

影片的部分大概都是 60~80元一部

乍看之下有點貴 他跟壹網樂的計費方式不太一樣



壹網樂是算次的 (兩三天內要看完) 看一次扣多少錢這樣

Apple TV 的電影就跟其他 Apple Store 的東西一樣

都是一次買斷的

可以看無限次 想看就可以重新再看



依照 iTunes Store 上的說明

有30天的觀賞期限

檔案下載後, 兩天內會從 iTunes 資料庫中下載

(意思是如果下載沒看的話 兩天後就要重新下載)





不過 Apple TV 很小 沒有硬碟

所以網路應該要夠順 不然可能無法避免 Lag 的問題

(到目前撰文為止 我還沒點任何一部影片來看 所以無法寫心得分享)



心得:

Home Media Center 是很久以前就有的口號

但是過了這麼久 才有點像樣的東西出來

Apple 的東西真的都很全面 而且很好用

一個綁一個 一旦用了就很難跳脫 (因為真的很好用)



台灣的廠商嘴巴喊雲端

結果還是在做無限基地台 做硬碟

每天代工 不想辦法做些高附加價值的東西

很快就要完蛋了
