好像很多

但是有個關鍵





伺服器放Amazon s3


其實我也不是很熟 Amazon 的 Cloud Service

因為Amazon的服務種類太多了

所以稍微查了一下

這個是 Amazon 網頁上的說明

意思是 S3 只能拿來存資料

能不能跑 php? 應該也是不行

因為他不是 web server

這種案子你問我會不會接

我說我不想接









原因是

業者裝懂
如果他不寫他要 S3

我可能會有興趣



寫出網頁放S3

就表示這種客戶不懂裝懂

不知道尊重專業



不然就是 客人很心虛

怕被騙

所以故意寫一些專有名詞來讓別人覺得

"我懂喔 不要騙我"



後者還好

前者的話 我覺得這種不懂裝懂得客人 很難搞







另外有個重點就是

其實這類的外包網站

很多案子都是二包

也就是 有些專門接案的公司

會去外頭接案子



接來的案子呢

全部都上外包網站外包

這種公司會請一兩個視覺設計師來榨

因為視覺設計師是固定成本

多少案子都是一樣錢



養程式設計師比較貴

所以全數外包

所以 這公司 其實沒有什麼程式設計師的

頂多有一兩個裝電腦的小弟

幫客人排除一些簡單的電腦問題







這種公司也不怎麼專業

公司通常會找多家外包商寫企劃案

拿外包的企劃書給客人看

客人滿意了以後

再拿這個企劃案去外包



所以有時候我們會看到這種案子

企劃書他都幫你寫好了

規劃的非常詳細

但是找你報價



這時候就是在比價

公司只會找最便宜的外包商

包出去 跟你簽約 (假設這時外包費用假設是五萬)



你寫不出來沒關係

有渣就好 他在包給別人

因為已經完成一部分了

所以第二次外包錢會少更多

(因為完成一部分了 費用變成兩萬五)



不但時間變得更少

費用變得更少

你還得擦別人剩下來的屁股



所以這時候你終於知道為什麼上面有一堆案子是

"明明離月底只剩兩週 但是月底要結案"

的原因啦







沒寫出來也沒關係

因為這種公司通常不會付你簽約金 期中款 尾款

就是一毛錢都不會付啦



他會跟你說

"我們老闆今天在台中 所以沒辦法簽"

"我們會計今天休假"

"我們月底才統一出帳"



我做過一個案子

總價13萬

三個禮拜要趕出來



眼看已經最後一天要上線了

簽約金都還沒拿到
